Shop Pay Installments Policy

Hexcal provides flexible deferred financing options at checkout through Shop Pay Installments, allowing you to split your purchase balance into manageable payment structures:
  • Short-Term Financing (0% APR): Available for qualifying orders. The total balance is divided into four (4) equal bi-weekly installments paid every 2 weeks, featuring 0% interest and no hidden administrative fees.
  • Long-Term Financing: For premium workspace upgrades, extended monthly payment plans spanning up to 12 months are available, with rates ranging dynamically between 0%–36% APR based on eligibility.
Regulatory Disclosures & Eligibility：
  • Credit Impact: Checking your eligibility for financing uses a soft credit check and will not affect your credit score.
  • Exclusions: Estimated installment amounts displayed on product pages exclude localized jurisdictional sales taxes and specific shipping fees, which are calculated at the final checkout stage.
  • Lending Partners: Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by designated lending partners. A down payment may occasionally be required.


Coupon Code Application

You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout, but you must click the "Apply" button before final checkout to ensure the system dynamically adjusts and reduces your order total. Please note that if this step is bypassed prior to completing the purchase, your order total will not retroactively reflect the coupon or discount.

  • To avoid input errors, we highly recommend copying and pasting the promotional code exactly as received, ensuring there are no spaces before, within, or after it.
  • Coupons cannot be combined or stacked, meaning only one coupon code can be used per order.
  • All promotional discounts are subject to specific offer terms, which means certain items on our website may be excluded from coupon eligibility.
