Installation is straightforward and typically takes around 30 minutes, even for someone with no prior experience assembling sit/stand desks. That said, we recommend two adults for the process, as the frame and desktop are substantial in weight.

Each desk includes a step-by-step installation guide and uses the Linak® Kick&Click™ system, which allows parts to simply “kick” and “click” into place — no extra tools, screws, or bolts required. This system ensures a secure and frustration-free assembly.

If possible, we recommend keeping the desk assembled during your move. Disassembly increases the risk of damaging sensitive components like the lifting columns, especially if they're accidentally dropped or knocked over.

If you can safely move the desk while it's assembled, simply lower it to its minimum height and transport it that way.

However, if full assembly makes it too bulky to move, there’s no need to dismantle the entire desk — just remove the legs and lifting columns carefully. Be sure to protect all parts during transport.
