Tell us a bit about yourself.
My name is Rhys or as others will know me as GhettoBird83 on Instagram. I’m a big sports fan but also have a love for technology. My setup is where I spend a lot of my day whether it’s gaming, work or just to chill.
What’s your favorite item on your desk?
Favourite item on my desk has to be between my curved monitor and RIG headset, I can’t pick one.
What books, blogs, or podcasts recently caught your attention?
I’m a huge fan of both Joe Rogan Experience and The Diary of a CEO. Both podcasts really dig deep into the meaning of life and the truths of becoming healthier people.
What's your desk setup aesthetics?
I love dark vibes. Black and Red has always been my go to colours so when I decided to start my setup that was always in mind.
What does your typical day look like？
Wake up and fire up the setup. I’m an administrator so the setup is where I get the job done. I love to hit the gym after work, with my standing desk it does give me some time to stretch out but nothing beats lifting some weights. Throughout the day I try to get some good food into the system and of course ending the evening with some of my favourite games.
