Hello, I'm GHOST Gui Gui - a passionate person who loves sharing desk setups, peripherals, and photography.
What do you usually do at your desk?
Determine the color scheme and theme color for your desk setup. Remove all unnecessary desktop items and arrange the remaining ones in the desired order.
What’s your favorite item on your desk?
Hexcal Studio. It really transformed my desk setup. It's an office essential.
What are some products or software that you frequently use for work or entertainment?
Adobe Lightroom is the software I use the most to adjust my photos and enhance their appearance to look more like real life.
What niche interest are you up to recently?
Customizing keyboard.
When did you start to work on your desk setup?
In 2019, when I was living in my college dormitory, I noticed that my desk was always chaotic and unorganized. I decided that I wanted to make a change. I began to look into different desk setups and I wanted to create a cozy space for myself - a place where I could relax and unwind. So, I started to transform my desk setup.
What's your desk setup aesthetics?
I am someone who likes to change my desk setup depending on my mood. For instance, in my previous setup, I was fond of green plants, so I created a forest-themed desk setup that turned out to be quite good. However, since I am currently renting, I can't renovate as I please, so the outcome may not always be what I expected. Lately, I have been going for a minimalist black-and-white theme, and I change my style whenever I feel like it. Sometimes, I even rearrange my home decor to get a fresh perspective and break my routine. Doing this makes me feel rejuvenated and inspired.
Your advice for beginners getting into Desk Setup.
The items on your desk should be kept in an orderly fashion. It's not about having a lot of things, but rather whether they are necessary. Unnecessary items can make your desk look messy and cluttered. It's better to keep essential items within easy reach, so you can access them quickly whenever you need them.
