Warranty Coverage & Commencement

• Warranty Start Date: The warranty period begins on the date of your original invoice, packing slip, receipt, or other official sales documentation. For products purchased from authorized third-party retailers or resellers, it begins on the date of your original retail sales receipt.
• No Extensions: The warranty period is not extended or restarted if Hexcal repairs or replaces a warranted product or any of its constituent parts.
• Remedy Limit: For any valid incidents covered by this warranty, Hexcal will provide necessary replacement parts or product repair services at no additional charge.
  
  
  

What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)

• Non-Hexcal-branded merchandise, third-party software, peripheral components, or accessories.
• Normal wear and tear from regular daily operation.
• External causes such as accidents, misuse, abuse, fire, fluid capitalization, or electrical power grid problems and surges.
• Unauthorized servicing, modifications, or physical disassembly not expressly approved or performed by Hexcal.
• Any operational use or maintenance that does not strictly adhere to the official product instructions and guidelines.
• The connection or use of power appliances or third-party products that exceed stated product limits.
• Products with missing, obscured, or altered serial numbers or service tags.
• Products or shipments for which Hexcal has not received full, settled payment.
  
  
  

Important Warrant Limitations

• Geographic Restrictions: Warranty support only applies within the country or region where Hexcal originally sold the system, as reflected in our official transaction records. If you require technical support or hardware service outside the original country of purchase (e.g., while traveling, or if the system has been permanently relocated to a new country), Hexcal may offer alternative support options subject to additional service fees and localized logistics charges.
• Third-Party Components Warning: Hexcal cannot guarantee the authenticity, safety, or listing accuracy of products purchased from unauthorized third parties. In certain scenarios (such as with battery packs or power adapters), the use of non-Hexcal parts poses severe risks to system reliability and physical safety, including an increased risk of fire or explosion. Consequently, the installation or use of unauthorized third-party parts in a Hexcal system will void this warranty at Hexcal’s sole discretion.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Hexcal does not warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies explicitly provided in this statement, and strictly disclaim liability for incidental, consequential, or special damages, third-party claims against you, products being unavailable for use, or lost/damaged data and software. Our maximum financial liability will never exceed the actual amount paid for the specific product that is the subject of the claim.
