I am buying a US/EU/UK version product. Can it be shipped/used internationally?
We support our global community, but regional power infrastructures require careful configuration:
- Voltage & Plug Compatibility: Hexcal products are designed with regional voltage and power specifications (such as EU or UK specific layouts). Please ensure you select the version that aligns with your office or home electrical standards.
- Warehouse Location Limitations: Certain localized fulfillment centers strictly hold regional stock (e.g., our US warehouse exclusively stocks the US version).
- International Routing: If you accidentally purchase a variant not available at your nearest regional warehouse, we can arrange to dispatch the correct regional variant directly from an international hub. Please note that this may impact total customs processing times and delivery timelines.
What is your return policy? (Continental US)
We want you to love your setup, but if you need to make a return, please review our standard baseline conditions:
- Eligibility Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible U.S. orders. Products must be in like-new condition, include all original packaging materials, and be suitable for resale.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. You can request a prepaid Hexcal return label (the actual shipping cost will be deducted directly from your final refund) or arrange your own trackable return shipment.
- Restocking Fees: Items returned with missing factory packaging, structural damage, or signs of excessive wear may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the total order value.
My tracking number shows no updates or seems incorrect. What should I do?
If you experience a delay or a tracking visibility error, please keep the following operational timelines in mind:
- Initial 24–48 Hour Lag: Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is generated as carriers scan the package into their system.
- Carrier Processing Delays: If your shipment is handled via specialized shipping or pallet delivery (such as LTL/Truck delivery), real-time digital tracking updates might lag until the freight hits a local distribution hub.
- Support Escalation: If your tracking link shows a permanent error or remains completely stagnant for more than 3 business days, please contact our team at support@hexcal.com for direct assistance.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our fulfillment operations run on automated processing cycles, address updates or order changes are time-sensitive:
- Before Fulfillment: If your order has not yet been picked, packed, or shipped by our warehouse team, we can easily modify your shipping details or process a full cancellation. Cancellations trigger an immediate refund that reflects back into your account within 3–5 business days.
- After Fulfillment: Once an order is processed, assigned a final tracking number, or handed off to the logistics carrier, we can no longer dynamically alter or intercept the package. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return process.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?
You can apply coupons and bonus points to your order at checkout, but you must click the "Apply" button before final checkout to ensure the system dynamically adjusts and reduces your order total. Please note that if this step is bypassed prior to completing the purchase, your order total will not retroactively reflect the coupon or discount.
Notes:
- To avoid input errors, we highly recommend copying and pasting the promotional code exactly as received, ensuring there are no spaces before, within, or after it.
- Coupons cannot be combined or stacked, meaning only one coupon code can be used per order.
- All promotional discounts are subject to specific offer terms, which means certain items on our website may be excluded from coupon eligibility.
Shipping Policy
Where does Hexcal ship to?
We provide worldwide shipping to over 50 countries, utilizing local third-party fulfillment centers in select regions for accelerated delivery.
- United States: We deliver strictly to residential or commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states. By default, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Alaska, or Hawaii.
- Regional Compliance Notices: To pass local customs clearings, South Korean customers must provide a valid 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (starting with P) and the matching Korean name. Taiwanese customers must provide their National ID number and matching Chinese name.
- Special Requests: If your destination has unique delivery restrictions, please contact support@hexcal.com prior to placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is complimentary for most orders globally. However, if an order is placed from a region without a local Hexcal warehouse or requires special destination delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Additionally, your Shopify order status page will automatically update with the live logistics tracking number for centralized access. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to sync after the label is generated.
Warranty Policy
What does the Hexcal Limited Hardware Warranty cover?
Our warranty covers factory defects in materials and workmanship for Hexcal-branded products, providing replacement parts or repairs at no additional charge. It does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional disassembly, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized third-party components.
Return & Refund
How do I initiate a return?
- Contact Support — Email support@hexcal.com with your Order Number, Proof of Purchase, and the Reason for Return to request an official authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will not be processed.
- Provide Photo Evidence — Attach clear photos or videos showing that the product is in its pristine, like-new condition and safely repacked in its original boxes.
(Note: If the product arrived damaged or defective, please provide photos or videos showcasing the damage instead.)
- Disassemble & Ship — Ensure the product is fully disassembled to fit properly into the original packaging. Once approved, ship the package back immediately; returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.
What is your return policy? (Continental US)
We offer a free 30-day return window for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Items must be in like-new condition, completely disassembled, and packed entirely in their original packaging.
(Note: Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations.)
What is the refund process?
- Verification Window: Refunds are processed only after our warehouse receives the item and verifies its condition. It can take up to 14 business days for the funds to reflect back in your account.
- Payment Method: All refunds are issued exclusively via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- Fraud Prevention: Hexcal reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for any orders suspected of fraud or dishonesty. All refund judgments and return decisions by Hexcal are final.
