Can I purchase and use Hexcal Studio outside the United States?

Yes. Currently, we offer US/UK/EU/AU versions of Hexcal Studio to most countries worldwide. The product can work in 110-240v situation.

US outlet: United States, Canada, Japan, Thailand

UK outlet: United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Arabian Peninsula

EU outlet: Most EU countries, South Korea

AU outlet: Australia, New Zealand, China

Can I purchase the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk and Hexcal Inspire Chair outside the United States?

Currently, due to expensive shipping costs, the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk and Hexcal Inspire Chair are only available in the United States.

Payment and Shipment

What address do you ship to?

We ship worldwide; however, certain products may have a limited shipping range due to high international shipping costs.

In the US, We only ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

FedEx/UPS is unable to deliver to any military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. And we're unable to deliver the product to PO boxes due to its package size.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can use PayPal for quick check out.

Additionally, we offer major installment plans such as Shop Pay, Klarna, and Afterpay.

Why is my shipment order delayed?

Due to the current global pandemic and unexpected international shipping circumstances, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date of your order.

Please contact the carrier for the most updated delivery schedule.

How much is the estimated shipping cost?

The estimated shipping cost for Hexcal Studio within United States is around $30-50 depending on your location (Alaska and Hawaii are not included).

However, we offer free shipping from time to time. Please subscribe to our mail list to get the most updated offers.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver our product directly to your address via FedEx or UPS in the United States. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order online. Please make sure you are home on the day of delivery as a signature will be required.

If you are located outside the US, local logistics services will be used. All the packages will be delivered door to door.

Warranty and Service

What is your warranty policy?

Please note that different products may have varying warranty policies. For detailed information, kindly refer to the product page.

The Hexcal Studio will be covered for 1 year from the date of purchase unless specifically stated otherwise. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Damage or deterioration resulting from ordinary use is not covered.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will immediately work on the shipment, unless the product is in pre-order status or out of stock.

When your order ships, you will receive another email with shipping information including a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order once it ships.
