Can I purchase and use Hexcal Studio outside the United States?

At this moment, we are still developing other standard versions for users outside the United States. The current version is for use on a nominal 120-volt US standard circuit. Due to high international shipping costs and unpredictable arrival time, we do not sell the US version to other countries.

Payment and Shipment

What address do you ship to?

We only ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

FedEx is unable to deliver to any military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. And we're unable to deliver the product to PO boxes due to its package size.

If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our support team in advance via support@hexcal.com.

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can use PayPal for quick check out.

Currently, we don't have installment payment plans. Please subscribe to our mail list to get the most updated payment plans and offers.

Why is my shipment order delayed?

Due to the current global pandemic, we can not promise the exact arrival date of your order. We appreciate your understanding.

How much is the estimated shipping cost?

The estimated shipping cost for Hexcal Studio within United States is around $25-50 depending on your location(Alaska and Hawaii are not included).

However, we offer free shipping from time to time. Please subscribe to our mail list to get the most updated offers.

How will my order be delivered?

We deliver our product directly to your address via FedEx or UPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order online. Please make sure you are home on the day of delivery as a signature will be required.

Warranty and Service

What is your warranty policy?

Your Hexcal product will be covered for 1 year from the date of purchase unless specifically stated otherwise. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Damage or deterioration resulting from ordinary use is not covered.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will immediately work on the shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive another email with shipping information including a FedEx/UPS tracking number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order once it ships.
