Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is complimentary for most orders globally. However, if an order is placed from a region without a local Hexcal warehouse or requires special destination delivery, additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Destinations & Requirements

We provide worldwide shipping to over 50 countries, utilizing local third-party fulfillment centers in select regions for accelerated delivery.
  • United States: We deliver strictly to residential or commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states. By default, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Regional Compliance Notices: To pass local customs clearings, South Korean customers must provide a valid 13-digit Personal Customs Clearance Code (starting with P) and the matching Korean name. Taiwanese customers must provide their National ID number and matching Chinese name.
  • Special Requests: If your destination has unique delivery restrictions, please contact support@hexcal.com prior to placing your order.

  • Notice for Customers in South Korea: Please note that we do not offer direct dispatch or local warehouse shipping to South Korea through our global website. For a seamless purchasing experience and local delivery, customers in South Korea are highly recommended to purchase directly from our authorized local supplier's website.   • Switzerland (CH) Notice: Switzerland is not covered by our Germany Warehouse. Orders bound for Switzerland travel via Direct International Dispatch, subject to localized customs processing.
  • Split Shipments: Orders with multiple item categories (e.g., a Studio paired with a desk) may ship from different fulfillment nodes and arrive in separate packages with individual tracking links.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Additionally, your Hexcal website order status page will automatically update with the live logistics tracking number for centralized access. Please note that tracking information can take up to 24 hours to sync after the label is generated.

Damaged Shipments & Claims

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Minor external wear on the shipping carton is common during transit and typically does not affect the carefully protected product inside.
  • Severe Outer Damage: If the shipping box is severely compromised, we recommend refusing the shipment entirely. Please take clear photos of the exterior damage before opening or refusing the box.
  • Internal Product Damage: If you discover the hardware itself is damaged after unboxing, email your order number along with clear photos of both the damaged product and its packaging to support@hexcal.com. Our team will review the case immediately to arrange a swift replacement or resolution.
