1 - WHAT ADDRESS DO YOU SHIP TO?

We only ship to residential or commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Canada.

FedEx is unable to deliver to any military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. And we're unable to deliver the product to PO boxes due to its package size.

2 - HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

We deliver our product directly to your address via FedEx or UPS. 

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships, so you can easily track your order online. Please make sure you are home on the day of delivery as a signature might be required.

3 - HOW MUCH IS THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST?

The estimated shipping cost for Hexcal Studio within United States is around $25-50 depending on your location(Alaska and Hawaii are not included).

However, we offer free shipping from time to time. Please subscribe to our mail list to get the most updated offers.

Additional shipping cost might be charged for international orders.

4 - WHY IS MY SHIPMENT ORDER DELAYED?

Due to all kinds of unknown issues, we can not promise the exact arrival date of your order. We appreciate your understanding.

5 - HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. We will immediately work on the shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive another email with shipping information including a FedEx/UPS tracking number.

6 - CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order once it ships.
