Hi! Thanks for having me on the HEXCAL Desk Setup 101. I’m Marcel, a content creator from Poland. I’m a huge desk setup and tech gadgets enthusiast but I’m also into graphic design and digital marketing. In the meantime, I’m an active student. It’s hard for me to pick one favorite item from my desk because I like every piece of it individually, but if I should pick the recent favorite, it might be my Logitech Mouse and Keyboard combo. There’s nothing extra about them, but I really like how simply they both complement each other and allow me to get my stuff done quickly and efficiently. It’s not the best peripherals combo from Logitech but at my actual state, they’re completely enough.

When you take a look at my desk, you can clearly tell that my favorite colors are black, white and gray. I’m really into this minimal and monochrome look, but to break the monotony, I like to add some plants or wood accents here and there, sometimes setting a colorful wallpaper can make a huge difference in how you look at the space. 

My IG page was launched in October 2023, but I’ve been building my setup for over 2 years now. It’s been a journey to have it the way it is now.

I think that when it comes to your workspace, especially when it’s a place where you spend most hours of the day, you should really take care of making it as comfortable as possible and design it the way which is gonna fit your own personality. Don’t be afraid to express yourself and add small details which are gonna inspire you and drive ideas into your mind. Pick your items carefully and mindful because they can hugely impact the way you perform and allow you to get more stuff done.
