Can I purchase and use Hexcal Studio outside the United States?

Yes. Currently, we offer US/UK/EU/AU versions of Hexcal Studio to most countries worldwide. The product can work in 110-240v situation.

US outlet: United States, Canada, Japan, Thailand

UK outlet: United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Arabian Peninsula

EU outlet: Most EU countries, South Korea

AU outlet: Australia, New Zealand, China

Can I purchase the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk and Hexcal Inspire Chair outside the United States?

What can I do with a Hexcal account?

You can check out as a guest or create an account. Once you place an order, a Hexcal account is automatically created using your email address.

How can I receive an invoice for my business?

To request a business invoice, please email your company name, address, VAT ID, phone number, and email to support@hexcal.com. We’ll issue the invoice within 7 business days.

Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping; however, certain products may have limited availability due to high international shipping costs.

United States:

We ship to residential or commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or Alaska and Hawaii by default.

If you'd like to place an order to Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply.

International:

We have successfully delivered to over 50+ countries. In some regions, we partner with local third-party warehouses for faster delivery. Please refer to our Global Shipping Availability for more details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Depending on your location and product availability, we may contact you for additional shipping information or options.

How will my order be delivered?

United States:

Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. A signature may be required upon delivery.

International:

Orders are shipped via local logistics services or third-party couriers, depending on your country. All deliveries are door-to-door, and tracking information will be provided by email.

How do I track my order?

You will receive two emails after placing an order:

  1. Order confirmation email with your purchase details.
  2. Shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order ships.

Tracking your shipment is easy using the number provided. For assistance or additional tracking support, contact us at support@hexcal.com.

Why is my shipment order delayed?

Due to high demand and international shipping logistics, exact delivery times may vary.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • International orders may take longer if no local warehouse is available in your region.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment. You may also contact the shipping carrier for real-time updates.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel your order once it ships.

If you want to change the cancel the order before it ships, please contact us immediately at support@hexcal.com.

I ordered a custom product. Can I cancel or change my order?

Custom orders are subject to special terms:

  • Backordered items: Products not available in your region may require international shipping.
  • Made-to-order items: Customized products are submitted to production the next business day after payment.

Due to these conditions, custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable after 24 hours of order placement. Please contact support@hexcal.com within 24 hours if you need to make changes.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the outer box appears damaged, take clear photos before opening it. If the packaging is severely damaged, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us at support@hexcal.com right away.

Minor box damage can occur during transit but doesn’t necessarily mean the product inside is affected, as it's well protected.

If you accept the delivery and discover any product damage upon unboxing, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it. Simply email photos of the damage to support@hexcal.com, and we’ll assist you from there.

What happens if I submit the wrong shipping address?

We begin processing your order straight away but please contact our customer service team immediately if there is an error with your address. If we are unable to update your shipping address, we can contact the courier to request a possible redirection.

Can I purchase the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk and Hexcal Inspire Chair outside the United States?

Due to the large dimensions of these products, we currently only maintain regular stock in our U.S. warehouse.

In Mainland China and South Korea, we have local distributors offering both the Hexcal Elevate Standing Desk and Hexcal Inspire Chair through regional e-commerce platforms. Please feel free to reach out to them directly.

For customers in other countries or regions, you're welcome to contact us at support@hexcal.com. Our support team will do their best to assist you.

Warranty and Returns

What is your warranty policy?

Please note that different products may have varying warranty policies. For detailed information, refer to the product page.

The Hexcal Studio will be covered for 1 year from the date of purchase unless specifically stated otherwise. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. Damage or deterioration resulting from ordinary use is not covered.

How do I file a warranty or return claim?

We want you to enjoy Hexcal products as much as we do, and we’re confident you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. But if things don’t work out, don’t worry - our support team is here to help.

If you decide to return a product, we offer free returns within 30 days for orders placed on hexcal.com and shipped within the 48 contiguous United States.

Please note:

  • Returns from Hawaii and Alaska are not eligible due to high shipping costs and logistical restrictions.
  • Returns from other countries or regions may be limited due to international shipping costs. Please contact us for more details.

Can I purchase and use Hexcal Studio outside the United States?

Yes, we have developed four different versions:

  • The US version (Type B) can be used in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Taiwan regions.
  • The UK version (Type G) can be used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Arabian Peninsula.
  • The EU version (Type F) can be used in most EU countries and South Korea.
  • The AU version (Type I) can be used in Australia, New Zealand, and Argentina.

What's the height between the bottom of Hexcal Studio and the desk?

Without acquiring the Extension Kit, the height between Hexcal Studio and the desktop would be either 3.7cm (1.5", Regular Leg alone) or 6.6cm (2.6", Regular Leg + Short Leg).

With the Extension Kit, you are able to further reduce or increase the height to 1.1cm (0.4", Short Leg + Additional Extension Leg) or 9.5cm (3.75", Regular Leg + Short Leg + Additional Extension Leg).

You can also increase its height by stacking more sets of Extension Kits.

How do I assemble the product?

Minimal assembly is needed for Hexcal Studio. Please refer to the User Manual for setup instructions.

What's the smallest desk size that Hexcal Studio can fit on?

The Hexcal Studio is 47.3" (1.2m) long and 8.7" (0.22m) wide. The distance between the legs is 37.8" (96cm), so the smallest reccommended desk width is 40".

The User Manual mentions a firmware update but I can't find the firmware section on the website.

The firmware is the latest, so there is no need for an upgrade yet.

Can I mount a monitor arm directly onto Hexcal Studio?

We strongly advise against direct mounting. While limited smaller monitor mounting is technically possible under strict conditions, desk mounting remains the only recommended solution for safety and stability. The monitor's center must align perfectly over Hexcal Studio as any off-center weight may tip the entire unit.

Are your sit-stand desks stable?

Yes, our desks are designed to be highly stable — among the most stable on the market. That said, a slight amount of wobble is normal with all sit-stand desks, especially at taller heights. The higher the frame extends, the more susceptible it becomes to slight movement.

While some wobble is normal, here are a few factors that can affect or improve stability:

  • Ensure all screws are properly tightened during setup.
  • Monitor arms tend to amplify any minor movement.
  • Some monitor stands wobble more than others, depending on their base design.
  • The most noticeable wobble typically occurs when users intentionally push or shake the desk to test its stability — not during regular use.
